Tough Love. When I was a little girl my father was my hero. He was tough and he was strict. My mother on the other hand was wishy washy and always threatening punishment but never following through. So be strong now because while youngsters can take you to the limit, teenagers are worse and if teenagers rule the roost their mistakes carry far bigger consequences than just spilling a jug of juice on the new carpet
