Payment can be made by Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express Credit Cards. Payment is payable in US Dollars. All orders are subject to credit card approval.

Applicable taxes will be applied to your purchase. Those who reside within British Columbia, Canada will also be charged the Social Services Tax or PST.

Please review your sales order confirmation carefully. If you notice an error, your order can be cancelled or revised within the first 30 minutes of placing the order. After the 30-minute period is over, we will begin processing your order and it can no longer be cancelled.

If you've made an error on your order (an address typo, put the wrong items in your shopping cart, etc) just email us at customerservice@mumontherun.biz and we will correct the error for you. Make sure to call us right away since we begin processing orders as soon as they come in. If your order has already shipped we will not be able to make the correction.

Orders that come in over weekends and holidays are processed the next business day. We will notify you if one of your items is not in stock and offer alternative suggestions. Please check your e-mail.

We are pleased to offer shipping of our Plus Size Elegant Lingerie anywhere worldwide and our Plus Size Leather and Vinyl pieces anywhere within Canada and the United States. All packages are shipped in discreet brown boxes via UPS, UPS Global Priority Mail, USPS, and Fed Ex. We will always do our best to get your order to you when you need it. We offer regular ground shipping to all our customers, and 2 day and overnight shipping for those customers residing in the US. For overnight shipping, we must receive your order before 12:00 PM EST

As the postal service is beyond our control, in general we request that you allow 15 days for your standard or ground shipped package to arrive. That being said, below are the time frames that we have found to be the average for delivery.

Standard: 4 - 10 Business Days
2 Day: 2 - 3 Business Days
Next Day: 1 - 2 Business Days

Shipping costs are determined by the total weight of your purchase and speed of delivery and will be calculated as you go through the checkout process prior to entering your credit card information.

Many countries charge Customs fees or duties on merchandise ordered from overseas. Unfortunately, these duties differ from country to country so we have no way of determining what they might be or if you will be charged an extra fee at all. Please be aware that these charges are the customer's responsibility and are beyond our control. We advise that you contact your local customs office for information on what these charges might be. By law, we must declare the package type (i.e. "merchandise" or "gift") and the value of each shipment accurately. It is a criminal offence to make a false Customs declaration.

Realizing the importance of discretion , your items will be shipped in plain packaging with a return address from Mum On The Run Enterprises, our corporate name. The word "lingerie" will not appear anywhere on the outside of the package so you can have your order shipped to your home or place of business discreetly.

*If items in your order are out of stock we will contact you. Please check your email frequently! If we cannot reach you about an out of stock order we may ship a partial order to you.

Returns

If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return any unworn items for a refund, subject to the terms below.

• All sales of opened hosiery, bodystockings, panties, g-strings and thongs are final and no returns will be accepted. Please be sure you choose the correct size and color when purchasing these items.
• State law prohibits the return of "Intimate Wear" once it has been worn. We strictly adhere to this law and will not receive any worn items. When you receive your merchandise please take a moment to inspect the garment for damages, size, and color. For the health and safety of our employees, returns of worn items will not be accepted.
• Returns that smell of perfumes or smoke or have been exposed to animals and pet hair will not be accepted for return.
• In order to get authorization for return, we must be notified within 14 days of receipt of merchandise. Contact us for a Return Authorization before returning the product. Returns without authorization will be refused.
• Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt and accompanied by the original receipt with all tags intact. The items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed, with all tags and labels intact, and in original condition.
• We will credit your credit card for the amount of the merchandise only. We cannot refund shipping charges.
• In order to get authorization for return, we must be notified within 14 days of receipt of merchandise. Email us at customerservice@mumontherun.biz for a Return Authorization (RA) before returning the product.
